Challengermode has partnered with BLAST to host the European and Oceanic RMR Qualifiers leading up to the BLAST.tv CS:GO Major in Paris.

In an exclusive launch event from the iconic Eiffel Tower in Paris in January, BLAST unveiled plans for the CS:GO Major taking place in Paris, France in May this year. Announced alongside the $1,250,000 prize pool were the Regional Major Ranking (RMR) qualifiers for Europe, Asia and the Americas, of which Online Challengermode Qualifiers will be hosted for Europe and Oceania.

“It’s an honor to be a part of such a milestone event for CS:GO, and an even greater honor to give thousands of aspiring players a chance to play and qualify for an event of this scale.”

- Phil Hubner, CBDO of Challengermode

This partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two companies where BLAST has been using Challengermode’s automated tournament technology to actualize large-scale qualifiers for global events where competition is otherwise reserved for the top percentile of players. In 2021, we partnered with BLAST to host the North American and Nordic Qualifiers for the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown.

“Challengermode are a tried and trusted partner for BLAST and we are delighted to have their expert support in delivering the Qualifiers for Europe and Oceania — which will both provide a key pathway for all aspiring teams in their efforts to reach Counter-Strike’s most iconic event.”

- Andrew Haworth, Commissioner for BLAST Premier

Taking place from February 13–19, any CS:GO team in Europe or Oceania can sign up and compete on the platform to qualify for one of the largest competitions in the game, a Counter-Strike Major event.

So, if you’re an aspiring CS:GO player — don’t wait around! Round up a team and sign up for the open qualifiers today.

Good luck!
